Update your Nexon account password regularly.
This is your first line of defense! Choose something that is easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess. Try to keep your Nexon account password different from your email passwords, so that knowing one won’t compromise the others.
Create a 2nd Password within Dragon Nest.
Your 2nd password is a four digit PIN that you can create and use to access Dragon Nest each time you log in. This is meant to provide you with an extra layer of account security.

Be wary of third party sites and offers.
If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is! Phishing sites may use URLs similar to the official Nexon site or may promise free NX. It’s almost always a scam to steal your account information. Make sure you are on the official Nexon site before logging in.
Report suspicious activity.
Be a good citizen! Submit a ticket through our Customer Support portal if you think you spot any malicious player activity.
