An Important Message to Our Players

Dear Dragon Nest Players,

As many of you are aware, we are currently experiencing an issue with HackShield where players are receiving the HackShield error and momentarily disconnecting afterwards. 

Although at present we are still investigating the error with our partners and have yet to find the root cause, we would like to thank the players who have submitted logs to aid us. The more data we have to review, the better. Unfortunately, this means that we are not in the position to apply a fix until after this weekend. While we understand how frustrating this is, we ask that you remain patient. We will give updates as new information becomes available.

Since we know that many players are having issues staying connected to the game,  and that durational items such as Pets are expiring, we will be sending all accounts a Pet Alicorn. Please know that once this issue has been fully resolved, we will look into a more comprehensive compensation.
