Hackshield Compensation

Greetings Dragon Nest Players,

You, as well as your time are valuable to us, and we are extremely lucky that you choose to spend it playing Dragon Nest. So when issues arise that prevent players from playing and enjoying the game to its fullest, we place top priority on that issue and work tirelessly to resolve it as quickly as possible.

As most of you are well aware, Dragon Nest was plagued by Hackshield errors which caused players to momentarily disconnect from the game. Although the Hackshield issue was resolved on December 10th, one concern remains: How do we properly compensate our dedicated players for this week-long inconvenience?

Though these items won’t make up for lost game time, please accept them as a token of our apology. We are offering a compensation package to all accounts that logged in within the last 10 days (December 1 – 10, 2013):

30x Goddess Breaths
30x Item Protection Jellies
10x Goddess Medals
6x PWR Potions
6x Dragon Eggs
2x Zakad’s Eye (Desert Dragon Nest pass)
1x Marketplace Pass
1x Class Change (2nd/3rd) Coupon
10,000 Scales


Due to the amount of items being sent to all accounts, we will be distributing them in 4 separate batches throughout the night.

In addition to the above items, 31 players will receive 1x Light Weapon Coupon. The 31 players are chosen randomly from those who have logged in within the last 10 days.

It doesn’t stop there! On December 12, 2013 at 3:00 PM Pacific (6:00 PM Eastern), all Nests will be reset!

Lastly, if players had any duration costumes or 3rd Skill Crest Slot expire during the Hackshield issue, please submit a ticket and it will be replaced for FREE!

We’d also like to remind players that all accounts have received 1x Pet Alicorn. So rest assured, your pet is in good hands.

We would also like to thank everyone on the forums who helped make a bad situation slightly better, be it with a joke, a suggestion or just submitting their system information in hopes to help fix the game.
