I lost my ID/Password. What do I do?

If you’ve lost your ID then go to "Forgot your Nexon Passport ID?" on the Account Info page.

Enter your email and birthday to have your ID sent to your email.


If you lost your password, go to "Forgot your Nexon Passport password?" on the Account Info page.

Enter your Nexon Passport ID and birthday to retrieve your password.
