Where can I retrieve my 2nd Password
For security reasons, you will be unable to retrieve a lost or forgotten 2nd Password.
You can, however, reset your 2nd Password by visiting the official Dragon Nest website and requesting a 2nd Password reset.
Follow these simple steps to reset your 2nd Password
1) Go to the official Dragon Nest website.
2) Log in with your ID or account email address and password in the login fields on the upper right hand side of the page.
3) Mouse over the “Support” menu and click on ‘2nd Password Info’.
4) Click on the “Reset my 2nd Password” button.
5) A reset email will be sent to your registered email address.
6) Open the email and click on the link provided.
7) The link will guide you back to your 2nd password info page and will let your know if you’ve successfully reset your 2nd password.
8) Log into Dragon Nest and create a new 2nd password.
